Valley View Christian Fellowship

 

Tim Allen is the Senior Pastor of Valley View ChristianFellowship in Reno, Nevada.  Tim and his family joined the pastoral team of Valley View in March 2004, as an associate/student ministries pastor. 

In August 2009, Tim became the Senior Pastor of this great church.

                "I am so thankful to have the opportunity to serve along side so many talented and grace-filled

                people following Jesus together.  God is building a community where the broken and hurting

Tim has earned degrees from (what is now) Bethany University in Scotts Valley, California (Bachelor of Arts in Church Leadership)and Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, California (Masters of Arts

in Theology with a concentration in Biblical Studies and Theology.  Tim also serves on the adjunct theology faculty at the Multnomah University, Reno - Tahoe campus. 

 

Tim and his wife, Jen have been married for 10years.  They have two children, Kirsten and Lucas.  Jen is a teacher by trade with earned degrees from Bethany University in Early Childhood Development and

a Masters in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix.  She holds a license to teach with the state of Nevada and coordinates the Valley View children's ministries. 

 

Tim and Jen enjoy spending time outdoors, especially around the Lake Tahoe area.

*  Enjoys spending time with Jen and kids laughing, telling stories, and sharing meals.

*  Passionate about spiritual formation and discipleship in community.

*  Enjoys reading and learning.
