Geneva Arnold is part of the Valley View preaching staff and loves to get people excited about reading the Word and growing in Christ! She has a Master of Divinity degree from Multnomah University and is working on completing a Doctor of Ministry degree from Jessup University. Geneva has been married to her husband, Rick, since 1981. and has sons, daughters, and bunches of grandkids. She loves cooking (and eating!), flowers, symmetry, grammar, sparkling water, the 4th of July, live theater, German Shepherds, Instagram memes, and hearing people's stories.
Michael Williams
Evangelism & Outreach Pastor
Michael Williams is part of the preaching staff and is passionate about sharing the gospel through preaching and music! Michael has a Master of Divinity degree from Multnomah University and is a Hospice Chaplain pursuing continuing education and international board certification in his field. He is also a Christian rap ( Releasing Anointed Praise!) artist who has written and produced seven albums and has performed live at numerous Christian events, including the Joshua Festival, Spirit West Coast, and Celebrate Recovery events in ten states. Michael and his wife Anna have been married for thirteen years and have a blended family of eight children.

Fran Richardson
Dimensions/ Food Pantry Director
Fran Richardson is the founder and director of Dimensions (formerly Love in Action), a vibrant ministry of Valley View Christian Fellowship. Fran has been a member of Valley View Christian Fellowship since 1998, serving in several areas, including children's ministry, missions director, and currently as director of Dimension's food pantry. She completed coursework from Global University's Berean School of the Bible and is a passionate and lifelong student of God's Word. Fran is retired from UPS, where she worked as a warehouseman/package driver since 1995. She has been married to Herb since 1994 and has one son, Aaron, in 1998. Fran can often be seen chasing after her 3-year-old granddaughter, who is already in training to take over the pantry ministry.
Fran personally has 22 years of recovery from drug and alcohol addiction and is led by God to serve the downtrodden in this community one person at a time.

Sylena Dean
Executive Administrator/ Women's Ministry
Sylena was born and raised in Nevada. She has enjoyed most of her life in Nevada and enjoys the mountains, lakes and deserts that Nevada offers. Sylena is married to her best friend and they have five amazing children, they live on a one acre hobby farm and she enjoys spending her free time (when she gets it) gardening, tending her chickens, kayaking, cooking, baking and whatever new hobby she has taken on that month. Sylena gave her heart to Jesus when she was 16 and was baptized in Lake Tahoe. Sylena enjoys people(ing), connecting and growing with her brothers and sisters in Christ. Her heart is to help create the bridge that allows people to see themselves the way that God created them and step into the full potential that God calls them too.
