Missions

The Assemblies of God (AG) emphasize the critical importance of missions as central to their purpose and calling. The AG is deeply committed to fulfilling the Great Commission by evangelizing the lost, planting churches, training leaders, and serving the poor and suffering across the globe. 

Valley View partners in supporting several local outreach efforts including the Dimensions food pantry, Exquisite and Awaken, both of whom work in our area to combat sex trafficking, Y.W.A.M. Reno, and the Christian Motorcycle Association. 

The Assemblies of God's commitment to world missions is driven by the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to hear the gospel. The AG currently supports missions in 225 countries, territories, and provinces. Valley View  Christian Fellowship congregationally supports missionaries in the Philippines, in Kenya, and Convoy of Hope.
